Small flushing pressure and incomplete cleaning in tankless smart integrated toilets after using for a period
Possible cause (1): The nozzle is clogged.
Countermeasures:A. Plastic nozzle:When the toilet is not seated, press and hold the nozzle self-cleaning button to extend the nozzle. Remove the nozzle and clean it under running water with a scouring pad and small brush, then reinstall it. Refer to the following illustration.
B.Metal nozzle:While the toilet is powered on and not seated, press the nozzle cleaning button on the remote control. When the nozzle extends, use a fine embroidery needle to clear the nozzle holes. Refer to the following illustration.
Possible cause (2): The filter screen of the tee joint is clogged.
Countermeasures:Unplug the power and close the inlet angle valve. Unscrew the tee joint, remove and clean the filter screen, then reassemble and tighten the tee joint. Reopen the angle valve and plug the power. Refer to the following illustration. -
Remote control functions are unresponsive, buttons are insensitive, or weak signal reception
